CANCELLATION / ORDER CHANGE

Once an order is made, it cannot be cancelled. We can only accept changes to orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us at hello.evotunes@dechords.xyz.

CURRENCY OF ORDER

For your convenience, we currently display prices in multiple currencies on our site.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at hello.evotunes@dechords.xyz with images of the product, and we will rectify the issue. 

 

ORDER DELIVERY TIME

Our EvoTunes Airpods Max case cover is currently on preorder. As each case cover is made to order, production can take up to 4-6 weeks from the date of production. The sooner you place your order, the sooner you will receive it.
