Returns and Exchanges
What is our policy for returns?
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except for items that are defective, wrong colour or wrong item. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If an item is defective, we must be notified within 48 hours of your delivery, with images provided indicating the defect. If an item is eligible for exchange, the original item must be returned within 7 days for inspection.
To return a purchase, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- It must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- It must be returned with the original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy. The returned item's condition will be at the discretion of the exchange department upon receipt, and the item must be in a saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

What is not eligible for returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong color or size. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please send us an email, and we will provide you with a shipping label. We do not accept returns that are sent without our prior knowledge.
For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders that we do not receive.
Who bears the cost of the return?
The return shipping costs are borne by the sender.
